A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and secure time on our schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide advance notice whenever possible.

Once an on-site assessment has been completed, refunds are generally not available. This is because the professional services, analysis, and consultation work have already been provided. However, we remain committed to your satisfaction and will gladly discuss any concerns regarding the assessment findings or recommendations.
Security assessments are professional consulting services rather than physical products.
As a result, refunds cannot be issued simply because recommendations differ from expectations or because a client chooses not to implement the suggested improvements.
For projects involving cameras, access control systems, or other security equipment, custom-ordered materials and equipment are non-refundable once purchased. Any concerns related to products or workmanship will be addressed in accordance with the terms outlined in the project agreement.
